Dear Robin,

I just had to let you know how pleased I am with the order that I received earlier this month. It arrived quickly and I was very happy with all my items. I especially appreciate the lovely personal touches: the pink tissue paper, coordinating stickers and tags, the free samples, and the handwritten note. I enjoy shopping online, but I have never been so pleasantly surprised with such a high level of customer service and such fantastic attention to detail!

Also, I have to commend you on a great website. I love the amount of information you have available on each item; the close-up pictures and written descriptions, detailed sizing information, and action shots of dogs actually using the products are great! All those elements make shopping online at your site an easy and enjoyable experience.

I am attaching three photos of my dog, Jem, with her new after-bath ducky toy. After an afternoon of playing with it, she fell asleep with it in her basket and looked so adorable I grabbed for my camera. The one photo—with the “don’t mess with my duck” look—was just too funny not to include. Thought you might be able to use one or more of these.
